Corie Wightlin is an executive functioning coach, educational consultant, speaker, and certified mindfulness facilitator with more than 20 years of experience teaching, facilitating retreats/corporate gatherings, consulting with large educational organizations, and coaching in the field of both executive functioning and mindfulness.
Beyond her BA in Cognitive Science, Masters of Education, Certification as an ADHD Life Coach and Mindfulness practitioner, and years of experience helping families navigate neurodiversity, she feels her most notable qualifications come from navigating personal neurodiversity and executive functioning challenges throughout her life. She is also the parent to three children with executive functioning skills themselves, and has seen firsthand how the right support can completely change how someone shows up for themselves, others, and their work.
In 2021, Corie founded Wightlin Coaching Services to provide evidence-based coaching and training services that seamlessly combine the science of the brain with practical and tangible tools for success, both professionally and personally. Through this work, as well as her work as a mindfulness practitioner and consultant, she has supported a variety of professional organizations, non-profits, and education departments such as San Diego Center for Children, Sente Skin Care, YPO, and The Fairmont Grand Del Mar in the areas of stress management, engagement, productivity, and retention.
Corie is passionate about working with companies and employers who value their workforce as overall human beings and is honored that her speaking career enables her to change the well-being of organizations from the inside out.
